Collanos Workplace is an excellent and free solution for people who are looking for a way to stay in contact with the members of a work team. With this useful program members can share documents, perform phone conferences, establish tasks for any member of the team, and many other interesting features that I'm sure you will find very useful.
Once the program is installed on your PC, you need to create a new profile. After this, the program interface will show you three main components: a list of the team members, a folder structure to record your team's content, and a discussion place where all team members can write comments about the project.
One nice feature is that the application brings a kind of messenger called Collanos Phone. With this program you can chat with other members, create conference calls, and the best feature of this messenger is that members can use their own accounts from other popular messaging programs like MSN, Yahoo, etc.
Furthermore, other great features of this application are: you will be able to add and share any file(s), create a link for a website, create a new task for any member, or simply post a note or brief message for all members.
In this new version, Collanos Phone is included in the installation package, and now you can call other members from any regular phone. Besides, it is also now possible to make a backup of all your data. |
